About PARADOX

Paradox was formed from a collection of like minded people including engineers, mediums and professional photographers who hold the belief that the paranormal activities are not held within the imagination of individuals but exist within our environment. The intent of Paradox is to investigate and provide supporting photographical and video evidence that there is a paranormal world within ours.

We investigate locations throughout Scotland at both publically known / unknown buildings and sites. Our investigations extend to public houses, castles, private residence, open areas of historical interest to name a few.

We also organise regular events which are open to the general public and corporate companies but with limited numbers so that they can experience a ghost hunt. All of the locations have been investigated and assessed in advance of the events to ensure the safety of the public.

The events are designed to allow you to experience a full ghost hunt not as a witness, but as a appointed team members. All parties will be split up into groups no larger than seven and each member will have their role to play.

You will gain experience in using the latest ghost hunting equipment and devices to ensure that you are aware of your environment and any changes that occur including humidity, temperature, air movement and noise inaudible to the human ear. During the experience digital cameras, digital video cameras and a interlinked CCTV system will record all visual images throughout the event.

We actively encourage all visitors to bring along their own cameras to the events and share any unexplained images that they capture for publication on our web site. For those who wish to participate, we carry out vigils, séance, glass moving, table tipping and Ouija board experiments all of which will be controlled by an experienced medium. All of the events are taken seriously by the event organisers and we expect the same of all attendees, there is no special effects or staged events. Everything that you will experience, whether it is visual, sounds or physical will be your own experience without any influence of the Paradox team.
