Terms and Conditions

* No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted to attend any events organised by Paradox.

* Due to restrictions at our locations pregnant women in their third trimester will not be allowed to attend.

* The majority of our locations are not suitable for those with disabilities. Paradox values our clients but the nature of building used for investigation are older properties and not always fully or easily accesable.If you have any relevant questions with regards to particular locations please call for further info.

* Each client will act responsibly and respect others within the investigation. You will behave accordingly. When leaving the event you will show respect to your surrounding and residents within. you will leave the event quickly and quietly.

* No alcohol or drug use will be permitted. If a member of the team is suspicious, you will be challenged. If any parties are excluded from the event due to the aforementioned, they will not be entitled to a refund in part or full.

* All Smoking arrangements within the location will be adhered to at all times.

* Paradox Will not be liable for any damage or loss of personal eqipment.This includes damage incurred by paranormal activity.

* Paradox asks that you use your common sense within the location. While every effort has been made to ensure your safety Paradox will not be responsible for any injury caused by client negligence.

* Paradox reserves the right to remove any person who's behaviour is detrimental to the experience of other clients and the investigation. This includes showing off, tampering with eqipment,trying to create false evidence and disrespecting the opinions and beliefs of others.

* Paradox accepts no responsibility for any clothing,eqipment, damage to vehicles, parking fines or clamping of vehicles. All property and effects belonging to you are your responsibility and we urge you to keep all said articles safe at all times.

* If an event should be cancelled through circumstances beyond the control of Paradox then all monies shall be refunded.

*By accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions you are further indemnifying all team members of Paradox from and against all legal liability in respect of any claims, damages, costs, penalties, actions, demands, procedings, any legal suits, losses or expenses amounted in respect of or arising out of the injury or death of any person or persons, damage to any property arising from the clients participation and involvement in the event or activity or premises pertaining to the event.

* All terms and conditions are non-negotiable and your booking the event demonstrates your acceptance by you, the client.
